I first met Mr Ricketts for a follow up consultation after having emergency surgery in Brighton for a badly broken shoulder. I found Mr Ricketts to be easily approachable who listened my concerns and gave direct and professional responses. On my final visit today the detail he took me through on my x rays was really helpful and enlightening.
